Second Shift Works provides missed-call recovery, SMS follow-up, AI voice answering, lead intake, CRM workflow automation, customer communication automation, and related setup or support services for businesses.
Our services may include configuration, implementation, automation setup, lead follow-up workflows, customer support workflows, appointment intake, review request workflows, and related business automation support.
No Guarantee of Results
We work to help businesses improve response speed, follow-up, and lead handling. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, appointments, sales, customer responses, A2P approval, message delivery, or carrier acceptance.
A2P, Carrier, and Platform Compliance
SMS and phone services may depend on third-party platforms, carriers, A2P 10DLC registration, phone number verification, messaging policies, and other compliance requirements.
A2P registration approval is decided by carriers, The Campaign Registry, messaging providers, and related compliance reviewers. We may assist with preparing materials, workflows, opt-in language, sample messages, and submissions, but we do not guarantee approval.
You agree to provide accurate business information, website information, contact information, opt-in details, sample messages, and other materials required for compliance review.
SMS Communications
If you submit a form and select the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive non-marketing SMS messages from Second Shift Works related to your inquiry, appointments, service follow-up, missed-call follow-up, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Second Shift Works does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or SMS communication data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that your business information, website content, opt-in methods, customer consent, and messaging practices are accurate and compliant with applicable laws, carrier rules, platform policies, and industry standards.
You may not use our services to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content, harassment, misleading offers, prohibited marketing, or messages to people who have not provided proper consent.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to CRM systems, communications providers, phone systems, AI tools, payment processors, website platforms, automation tools, hosting providers, and carrier networks.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, rejections, suspensions, pricing changes, account reviews, compliance actions, message filtering, or service limitations caused by third-party platforms, carriers, or providers.
Payments and Fees
Fees for setup, subscriptions, communication usage, AI voice usage, carrier charges, phone numbers, A2P registration, compliance work, website setup, or other services may be billed as agreed between you and Second Shift Works.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup fees and completed service work are non-refundable once work has begun.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services. You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access to services if we believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, carrier rules, platform policies, or messaging compliance requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content, workflows, templates, website materials, service materials, and systems provided by Second Shift Works remain the property of Second Shift Works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Shift Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our website, services, third-party platforms, phone systems, messaging services, AI tools, or automation workflows.
No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
Our services and materials are provided for business automation and communication support. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, or professional compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your business.
Changes to These Terms
